This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and the Addiction Education Foundation Inc., with respect to the use of this website and the resources and materials.

Addiction Education Foundation, Inc. (“AEF”) website, is for the use and reference to the general public. The purpose of this website is to provide health education references and resources. It is not intended to provide medical advice, which should be obtained directly from your healthcare provider. The material references offered solely in an educational context. By accessing the AEF site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept the Terms stated here, do not use this AEF website.

Privacy Policy

The Addiction Education Foundation Inc., (“AEF”) Privacy Policy website does not collect personal information about its users without their knowledge. If a user chooses to provide information to AEF via postal mail or via the AEF website, that information will be collected and owned by AEF. We do not resell or distribute any information about our users to business partners or third-party individuals for their marketing or sales use. Unless you give permission, your personal information will not be released to any organization. You may inform us at any time if you would like to have your contact information deleted from our records.

Donations

Addiction Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

All donations are 100% tax deductible. Tax deductible receipts will be provided upon receipt of payment.

Donor Acknowledgment

We may use your personal information to acknowledge you by name and description of donation in printed materials such as the annual report and event invitations or programs, or our website. If you do not wish us to use your personal information in this manner, please contact our Development Department at 386-898-5013.

Third-Party/Outside Vendors

We may retain or utilize other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf consistent with this Privacy Policy. Examples include consultants and web hosting and payment processing companies. Such third-party vendors may be provided with access to personal information needed to perform their functions but they may not use such information other than on our behalf.
